We offer a complete range of 6 and 8 spindles Schutte machines built on the base of the series “F” and “G” , very well known for the precision, solidity and reliability. Bar machines for diameter up to 67mm and Chuckers for parts up to 168mm. Most popular models for 6 spindles are: SF26, SF32, SF42, SF51, SF63/67, including type S and S DNT, SE16, SE25, SFH130, SFH160 and SG18. Most popular models for 8 spindles are: AF26, AF32, AF42, AF51, including type S and S DNT, AFH130, AFH160 and AG20
Our completely rebuilt Gildemeister machines are made on the bases of the Gildemeister AS20, GS20, GM16, GM20, GM32, GM35 and GM42 These are all 6 spindle machines for bar diameter up to 42mm. Particularly appreciated by clients is the accuracy, speed and flexibility
of these machines.
Our Tornos rebuilt machines are on the bases of the SAS16, SAS16.6 for the 6 spindles and BS20 for the 8 spindles. Tornos cam machines are famous for the extreme speed and accuracy, especially on small parts.
● Clients send us the part print for a job they need to run.
● Our team in Europe study the best cycle layout for that part and suggest which machine would be the best for the job.
● We provide client with cycle time and estimated cost of the Turn-key machine, which can be either a full cam machine or a hybrid machine (cam machine+ CNC slides or CNC pickoff with CNC backwork depending on the specific needs)
● We rebuild the base machine completely, both mechanically and electrically
● We tool up the machine and run off production in Europe so client can approve the machine.
● Machine gets shipped to client’s facility, installed and training is provided on client’s floor.
